As part of the program benefits, clients receive dispensers free of charge, including up to 25 dispensers, with a lifetime warranty certificate. Each business can customize its dispensing units to fit its esthetics, incorporating brand imaging with market messaging as part of the hygiene experience.

 

Program Overview:

The DERMAGLOVE Custom Hygiene Dispenser Program includes complimentary performance dispensers in exchange for a commitment to purchase hygiene-sustainable and eco-conscience bladders and wipes over a defined contract period at a set program rate. Each dispenser is engineered to dispense hand soap, sanitizing solutions, and bio-degradable wipes, making them ideal for use in bathrooms, kitchens, common areas, and high-traffic zones. As part of the program, these custom hygiene dispensers include a lifetime warranty, monitored through on-site scheduled inspections that ensure functionality through the program implementation guidelines, providing the highest level in each facility. In addition, each company can customize branding to match facility aesthetics.

The program includes the following at no additional cost:

·       Hardware Warranty Certificate

 Program features:

o   Onsite Hardware inspections: Every four months for the life of the program.

o   Custom Branding: Available at no charge for programs with 20+ dispensers.

o   Logo Art Design/Brand Messaging: upcharge of 20.00 per unit.

 

Program Obligations:

As a participant in the Custom Hygiene Dispenser Program, clients agree to:

  • Select and receive a minimum of 10 hygiene bladders every month.

  • Pay a one-time fee to establish recurring charges for product and shipping purposes.

  • Adhere to the program duration (offered for 12 or 24 months)

  • Allow DERMAGLOVE representatives access for routine maintenance visits.

 

Termination and Refunds:

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice in case of breach of contract or failure to meet agreed obligations. If the agreement is terminated before the end of the contract period, the dispensers will be retrieved, and any unused bladder refills will be refunded at a prorated amount.
